Exterior painting

Exterior painting and renovation projects in Avon range from homes with vinyl siding to historic homes.

Carpentry & Repairs:

Repairing the rotted trim, sills, siding, and shingles common on Avon wood homes, porches, and decks is imperative before you paint.  It’s not only a safety concern, your paint won’t stick to rotted wood.

Brick homes in Avon:

Many Avon customers paint their brick homes a less industrial look.

Vinyl homes in Avon can be painted, too:

If your home is vinyl-sided, vinyl-safe paint can be used to change the siding’s color or freshen up faded siding.

Deck, Porch, and Fence Maintenance:

Most Avon homes have decks and porches that need maintenance.  Washing and re-staining your decks, porch floors, railings, and fences makes your outdoors more put together.

Oftentimes, in the Spring, you’ll notice green growth on your deck.  Sometimes, this means you need to restain it to protect it, and sometimes, you need to clean your deck.

We recommend restaining your wood deck every two years to keep it beautiful and protected.

Interior Painting for Avon Homeowners:

Whether you’re looking to refresh your Avon-area home to get it ready for market, update your colors for a fresh look, or add your personal touch to a house in Avon, we have interior painting professionals we send to do the job.

We offer a complimentary color consultation with a designer as part of our projects to help you choose the right colors to achieve your vision.

Commercial Painting and Renovations for Avon businesses and properties:

Avon area businesses, churches, retail shops, condominium communitiesproperty managers, and facility managers count on our commercial painting department to manage their projects so they don’t have to.

If your Avon business or property needs to be open during the painting, our scheduler can send the painting professionals to your business at night or on the weekends at no extra charge.

Our commercial department also matches the paint coating to your project type.  For example, we can specify scuff-resistant paint in high-traffic areas and microbicidal paints in germy ones.

To schedule a commercial painting quote or to ask us questions about your commercial project, call Dave at 781-422-1018 or email him at [email protected].

Choosing colors for your Avon home.

We suggest getting larger 8″ x 11″ samples of actual paint in the rooms, in the sheen and color you’ll be using. It’s best to do this yourself before the painting project, so you’ll have time to see the colors in different lighting and ensure they’re just right.

If you need large (8″ x 10″) Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams color samples, just email [email protected], and we’ll mail them to you for free – even if you’re doing the project yourself!

Brushing paint samples on walls or your exterior before painting can occur on the first day of the project so you can preview them in the lighting that you’ll be looking at them in. Spending time getting the color right up front ends up being time well spent, so your result is exactly what you want.

When will you be able to start my project?

We update this page with our painting and home service timeframes so you know how long it will take to get to your project.  We give priority to projects with deadlines, so let us know if you’re having a party or need to have your home repaired or painted to put it on the market, and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.

They were fantastic. Everything went so smoothly. They went beyond what I expected.

Check out our Brick Painting & Staining

Brick Painting & Staining

Over time, UV rays, moisture, and freeze-thaw cycles can cause brick to fade, discolor, or weaken. Without proper protection, porous brick can absorb water, leading to cracks, staining, mold growth, and even structural issues. That’s why painting or staining your brick home is more than just a cosmetic choice—it’s a smart investment in long-term protection.
