Walk the project with your Project Manager
Walk the project with your Project Manager Point out any specific details that are important to you.
Your Project Manager will ask you questions about your household routine so we know where to park our vans and if we can let your dog out.
Proposal preparation
You will receive an emailed proposal outlining all costs including labor and paint.
Many times we will present you the price right on the spot.
Once you decide to have us paint
Email your project manager or our office at [email protected]. Let us know if you'd like to work with our(free) color consultant Kate who will come to your home and help you choose colors that match your existing furnishings.
Taking an hour with Kate is well worth the time since you’ll be living with these colors for years.
Kate will also have large 8 x 8 color samples mailed to you in the colors you’ve discussed and will do a computer rendering of your home in the paint colors you’re considering, so you have an idea of the final look.
E-Signing your proposal
Susan or Christine, our scheduling managers, will email you a proposal to E-Sign.
On this email you'll also get an approximate start window.
If you have a date on which you need the painting to start or finish, let Rob know and he'll make sure you’re taken care of.
Paying Your Deposit
You can pay your 30% deposit online - Susan or Christine from our office will send you the links from Adobe E-Sign.
In this email there we'll also include your approximate start date.
Project Start Day
The painters will arrive the first day between 8am and 9am. They will need 10 minutes of your time to walk around the project.
For exteriors, the painters will not show up if it is wet outside as we can’t paint wet surfaces. Ask the painters paint swatches of your color choice(s) for you to view while they prep the job.
Project Completion
Once your painting project is complete, the Job Site Supervisor will walk around with you to make sure all touch ups are done before they leave. At this point you’ll sign off that the project is complete.
We will automatically collect your payment using the same method with which you paid your deposit.
Susan or Christine will call you to make sure you’re happy - please let him know if anything has been missed. Because our business is mostly based on word-of-mouth advertising, we aim to make you proud of your home so you’re happy to recommend us to your friends.
