We’re your local painter on Boston’s South Shore.

Scituate Harbor Condos
A Scituate Harbor Condominium we painted.

Lots of our customers want to hire a local painter because adding to the economy of their South Shore and Boston-area towns is important to them – especially in 2021! They choose CertaPro Painters of Boston’s South Shore because our office is in Rockland, Massachusetts, plus we have the backing of a large franchise corporation with over 320 other local franchises in North America. This assures you that our warranty is real and our service is fantastic.

A funny thing that happens to us a lot:

We bid on a job but the Client will say to us: “I want to give the job to you, but I’m hiring someone LOCAL instead.”  Because we have the backing of a large franchise company, customers falsely assume we’re a big, national company.  To help you understand how “Boston Local” we are, we’ve compiled this article.

We’ve been your local painter on the South Shore and in the Boston-area since 1998:

We’ve painted over 18,000 residential, single-family homes on Boston’s South Shore and surrounding towns. We are your local painter!

Locally, we’ve painted and worked on over 420 rental units and apartment complexes for landlords looking to freshen up their Boston-area and South Shore rental units.

We’ve painted over 220 large condominium complexes for Condominium boards and Homeowner Associations in the Boston area.

We are often called on by local South Shore school systems and houses of worship to paint, including:  Hingham Public Schools, Fontbonne Academy, Milton Academy, Duxbury Student Union, Duxbury Bay Maritime School, Pilgrim Church in Duxbury and First Congregational Church in Stoughton amongst many others.

Locally, we work with over 49 Boston area Property Managers and Facility Managers of large businesses on the South Shore and in the Boston area.

We’ve collaborated with many local South Shore historical societies to ensure the local historical accuracy of the colors of many local antique and date-boarded homes on the South Shore and Boston-area.

We’ve co-produced the local guide with Sherwin Williams called: “Colors of the South Shore” – a color fan-deck highlighting the most authentic and historical colors of Boston’s South Shore and surrounding towns.

We are fully licensed and insured in Massachusetts and Louis NeJame, the owner, holds a Masters in Engineering and his General Contractor’s License as well. We have the gold standard of insurance with our $5 million umbrella policy – this is highly unusual and something in which we’re glad to invest, to keep our staff, painters, and customers safe.

We have tons of local online reviews from our South Shore and Boston customers that you can access on our website and on Google Reviews and on Facebook.

You’ve likely seen our logo at your local PTA, school and town events, and raffles as we’ve given away thousands of dollars to support Boston-area causes our customers care about. If you’re running an event on the South Shore, email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to donate a $200 painting gift card to raffle or auction off at your event.

We’ve sponsored dozens of Little League and sports teams and in 2021 we bought Little League Field signs in Weymouth and Norwell.

In 2021 we’re donating all the paint to the Duxbury High School PTA so students can paint the Duxbury logo on driveways as a fundraiser.

In 2020 we made donations to the Duxbury Bay Maritime School and Duxbury Student Union.

We’ve compiled a list of other local service providers on the South Shore that will provide you with high-quality service. South Shore companies cannot pay us to be on this list, we only add them once we’ve used them ourselves and have been satisfied. And yes, we kick them off if we get any complaints about them.

Sponsor highway sign
I bet you’ve driven by two of our highway signs on Route 3 South and Northbound hundreds of times!

We sponsor and keep clean the highway segments of Marshfield/Pembroke traveling southbound toward Cape Cod and Norwell/Hingham areas of Route 3 traveling northbound toward Boston.

The owners, Paige and Lou NeJame, live in Duxbury and have owned CertaPro Painters of Boston’s South Shore for 17 years. They are involved with their three boys in Duxbury Public Schools and have been involved in Duxbury’s Boy Scouts for 16 years. They’ve also been involved in the Duxbury High School Swim and Wrestling Teams, and their oldest son graduated from Babson College in 2020.

Speaking of our owner Paige NeJame, CertaPro Painters of the South Shore and Boston-area is a Woman-Owned Business (WBE) in Massachusetts.

Our office staff lives locally in Weymouth, East Boston, Hull, Carver, and Cape Cod. Our painters all live locally in the Boston area and have worked with us for years. Our kids all go to school with your kids and we cheer for the same sports team as you do (go Sox, Pats and Bruins, and The Revolution!).

We give town-specific painting advice.  Click on your South Shore or Boston-area town here, and scroll down to the “areas served” section – click on your town to see the town-specific advice we give about painting colors, products to use, and techniques.  We understand the nuances of living on the coast vs. living inland and give town-specific advice on products and colors as a result.  For example, learn about the maintenance of mahogany decks that are all over our region here.

We have painted for all of the DJs on Boston radio stations that endorse us including:

Sue Tabb Boston’s WMJX 106.7 FM
Salt Boston’s WWBX-FM
Chuck Nowlin Boston’s WZLX-FM
Adam Kaufman Boston’s WBZ-AM
Scott Zolack Boston’s WBZ-FM
Jaybeau Boston’s WROR-FM

Having the backing of a large corporation like CertaPro Painters ensures you get “big company resources” with small-town values. Email us at [email protected] if you have any questions – we’re even happy to help if you’re doing the painting project yourself.
