This Boston-area landlord hired us to spruce up the interior and exterior of her retail property to entice prospective tenants. Our Client did not want to spend a lot of money sprucing up the rental, but needed to make sure it looked good for prospective tenants. Our work included:

• Full interior preparation and painting in bright white to appeal to prospective renters. We used a high coverage paint (with stain-blocking qualities) in order to save the landlord money, and only have to paint one coat.
• Replacement of rotted wood along the exterior windows and door.
• A fresh coat of paint to freshen up the weathered exterior.
• Included an interior painting credit to the eventual renter to:
  • Work with our designer to choose a new color to suit their needs better than the bright white.
  • Free computer mockups showcasing different colors in the space
  • Paint one coat of the new color before move-in day.
• Our painting crew painted the space AFTER the floors had been sanded and stained, in order for our crews to be able to paint over dings that occurred during the floor restoration.
• The landlord credits the fresh paint to help her rent the space within six weeks despite the Covid-19 downturn in the rental market.
