Lots of our Clients are managers in small offices that don’t have a dedicated maintenance or facility department. If you need to have your office painted, below are some questions about painting office spaces.

If you contact CertaPro Painters, we can take much of the work off of your plate from the beginning by:

• Meeting with you so we understand what you’d like painted.
• Putting together written paint specifications that state which areas need painting and how many coats we recommend applying.
• Provide a quote that also explains how and when the painting will get done so your business and office can stay open if necessary.
• Provide a project-plan for when each space will be prepped and painted.  Such a plan can ensure your business stays running and staff stays productive during the painting project.

We encourage you to give our specs to other commercial painters on which to bid, so all of your bids are easily comparable, “apples-to-apples,” and based on the same number of coats & level of preparation.

How can we get the painting done and still keep the office open for business?

We offer night and weekend painting at no extra charge. This way, you can work during your regular business hours, and we’ll paint during the off-hours.

Painting over a weekend can save you money.

If our painters can keep their ladders up overnight and not have to do a full clean-up to prepare for workers, this saves them time, and it saves you money.

Consider having us paint your office over a long weekend (Friday night – Monday night), so we can get the painting done before you come back to work on Tuesday morning.

I need help choosing paint colors for the office. Can CertaPro help?

We have a designer on staff who can work with you to make sure your old or new office furnishings work with the colors you choose.

Color consultation is a free service we offer all clients and includes a computer rendering of the areas we’re painting to show you how the space would look in different paint colors before we even pick up a brush.

Our designer is happy to do a computer color rendering of your office in some different paint colors you’re considering.  We offer this before you even hire us!

Can CertaPro Painters paint both the interior and the exterior of the office?
