Our Client is a national investment firm with offices in Boston. We were hired to paint while the office was empty during the Covid shut down.
Work included:
- All of our workers obtained security clearance before the project began.
- Extra protection given to the office technology (cables, screens, keyboards) so paint dust did not permeate them.
- Sanding and preparation of the walls prior to painting. Drywall repair in areas with small dents and holes.
- Tinted primer helped minimize the number of top coats of dark paint needed to be applied, saving the Client money.
- “Exact – Matching” the corporate colors to the wall paint.
- Scuff-resistant paint applied to high traffic area corridors to prolong the life of the paint job.
- Covid safety protocols including:
- Daily temperature checks.
- Painters arriving in separate vehicles in order to maintain distancing.
- Painters wearing masks and keeping a 6 foot distance while working.
- Wiping high touch surfaces every 2 hours including at end of painting shift.
