Private School Exterior Painting Project
Changing the school’s exterior color scheme
Our Client is a Private School located South of Boston.
We helped our Client select new exterior colors before we painted.
Color consultation: Our color consultant reviewed color choices in a free, 2-hour appointment. She got a sense of what sort of feeling and “ambiance” they were hoping to achieve on the campus with a new exterior colors.
Color schemes were presented to the Client using colors that would partner well with the school’s historic aesthetic, while also bringing an up-to-date and fresh feeling to the campus.
Architectural color renderings and plans: As our Client was in the “color-choosing” phase, we drew up complimentary architectural renderings of the exteriors in the color choices they were considering. This allowed the headmaster and school planning board to visualize color palettes we were recommending, before we even lifted a paint brush.
Night and weekend work: We performed all painting at night and on weekends while the school was closed and the office staff was away. This was provided at the same cost as if we did the work during daytime hours, and we did not charge an “after-hours” surcharge to the Client. We have night-crew available for projects that require us to work odd-hours, in order to accommodate a business’ schedule.
We paint a lot more than private schools in the Boston area, and we’ll be happy to tell you more about our Commercial Painting capabilities for condo boards, property management firms, warehouse/industrial and retail projects. Just email Paige at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to get you on the right path to painting your commercial space.
