I started my franchise in the Greater Atlanta area in 2017, and the return on my royalty investment has come back to me several times over. It’s very attractive to join CertaPro Painters® because they have all these tools and processes for you to use—and they work! We’re not here trying to figure things out on our own. You don’t have to recreate the wheel. I like being part of this brand because there’s a healthy relationship between the franchisee and the corporate office. There is a lot of respect and independence—we own our local business—yet we receive a high level of support. It’s just a really good company.
Behind the heart and leadership of the corporate support team is a genuine understanding and commitment to helping franchisees be successful. The vision and values the organization is built upon are not just words on paper but utilized and referenced on a day-to-day basis. A comprehensive and continuously evolving set of resources is provided to franchisees: individualized support for new franchises, aggregated support for regional Cooperatives, and system-wide support with targeted General Advertising Funds. While each franchisee has the responsibility to execute individual marketing plans, CertaPro® provides a library of resources, vendors and suggestions, crossing a spectrum of lead sources. Running your own business is a great deal of work, but you will get out of it what you are willing to put into it. Oftentimes I’m asked if I would do it again, and the short answer is yes.
If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely buy a CertaPro® franchise. One of the reasons behind this is the strong collaboration between franchisees and the CertaPro® corporate team. What I've been impressed with is being able to work closely and directly with the corporate team to make sure we’re being heard and discuss what we’re looking for, as well as the current things we can work on. Additionally, the CertaPro® marketing team is constantly trying to innovate and try new things in the current changing times.

I have more support than I thought would be provided. I have access to the training team, my assigned support GM, and all of the corporate office’s marketing team. There are no walls to prevent me direct access to ask for advice and offer my thoughts. Feedback is welcomed – begged for – by the corporate office.

One of the great things about being part of the CertaPro® family is the ability to leverage the strong Marketing Department.
