Interior Painting Project for 4 Retail Locations

CertaPro of Far North Texas was engaged to assist in re-branding 4 retail locations for new ownership.  We had a tight turn time of 4 days from start to finish on each store and the project had to be done concurrently. The scope included repairing holes on all walls and painting the full interior of each location following the new corporate color scheme. We successfully completed the repairs and painting on a combined 27,000 square feet of space with 4 crews, in 4 days.

CHALLENGES:
Challenges we faced were the short time frame to complete the work, having to work around employees doing inventory and a Texas ice storm.

CONDITIONS:

All 4 locations were being totally rebranded with all fixtures being removed from the walls. This left damage including holes and torn sheetrock.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

We filled holes, re-floated texture on walls and then primed and painted.

PROJECT TIMELINE – 4 days
