- Repainting the lobby, walls, chair rails, baseboards, and ceilings
- Interior painting of doors & door frames
- Preparation included repairing holes in walls with joint compound, sanding, and spot-priming the area.
- Scuffing and sanding the walls prior to painting
- Conducting work in common areas at least disruptive times for residents
