Commercial Painting Project
Our painting contractors were recently called out to a large condominium complex in Whitman, MA. The property manager requested all of their decks and railings be replaced with a composite material to prevent rotting in the future.
About the Project
Our team recently updated the decks and railing at a local condominium complex in Whitman, MA. We revamped the look of the exterior of each unit with a composite (Azek) material. During the course of the project we gathered the appropriate permits from the town of Whitman. Once we had the appropriate paperwork, our experienced team was able to begin this project.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
This project is a great example of how our skilled carpenters refreshed the exterior of a large condominium community. During this particular project, we had to demolish the existing decks, remove the debris, install high-quality sub-deck structures, install composite decking, and finally install new railings and spindles.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
The condominium complex was very large and required that each homeowner had a complete deck update to prevent rot in the future.
