Frequently Asked Questions

What is your clean up process? We clean up daily, and while we’re painting try to put everything in one spot, so people can still move around if they have to.

Do you have a project minimum? Generally $500, or two rooms.

Is there anything that can change the cost of a project after a customer receives a quote? Unforeseen complications, like carpentry work. We estimate from the ground so a lot of things can pop up. An additional coat may be required, but we try to communicate with the customer about that and let them make the decision.

Concord Resources:

Concord is a town in Middlesex County, MA with a population of approximately 17,700. Part of the Greater Boston area, Concord was established in 1635 and is known for it’s history and literary culture. When dissatisfaction between North America and the British crown intensified, 700 troops were sent to confiscate militia ordnance stored at Concord in April of 1775. The ensuing conflict, the Battle of Lexington and Concord, was the incident (the shot heard round the world) that triggered the American Revolutionary War. The literary community that developed in Concord during the mid-19th century included Ralph Waldo Emerson, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Louisa May Alcott and Henry David Thoreau.
