Is there anything that can change the cost of a project after a customer receives a quote? Unforeseen complications, like carpentry work. We estimate from the ground so a lot of things can pop up. An additional coat may be required, but we try to communicate with the customer about that and let them make the decision.

When is the best time to paint? We paint all year round, but most paints are formulated for 35 degrees. So we’ll paint anywhere from 45 to 90 degrees

How often should people paint their homes? A good paint job last 7-10 years.

How long does it take to paint a home? Our average job takes 1 week.

How will my project be managed? Every project has a Job Site Supervisor that manages the crew and job. You can also stay in touch with our Office Admin.

Is there a warranty? Yes, 2 years

Can the painters work alone in my house? Yes, as long as the customer is comfortable with it.

How many paint colors are included in your typical proposal? Typically 3: wall, trim and ceiling.

What type of paint do you use? We use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, unless the customer has a specific request

Is there anything the homeowner should do to prep for your crew to arrive? Clear off the deck, move things around the house, such as kids’ toys, etc. Trim the shrubs so they have clearance to access

What is your clean up process? We clean up daily, and while we’re painting try to put everything in one spot, so people can still move around if they have to.
