Exterior Painting Project for High School
CertaPro Painters® of Lubbock, TX was contracted to paint the exterior of a high school in Plainview, Texas. The project was to include the gymnasium, science building ,inner courtyard, music building, the high school, band yard, and other miscellaneous items on the campus. The school had gone nearly 25 years since is last exterior painting project and was due for a refresh.
CHALLENGES:
We worked with the school’s project manager to make sure the work was done within the designated time frame. Some surfaces on the building were difficult to reach and needed a 60′ articulating boom lift and a scissor lift to complete.
CONDITIONS:
With nearly 25 years having passed since the last exterior painting project, the old paint had faded and was cracking / failing on parts of the building.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
We painted the roofs, trim line, windows, and downspouts as well as many exterior surfaces on multiple buildings around the campus.
BEFORE PHOTOS
The CertaPro team surveyed the area and documented sections that would require their attention.
PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT
CertaPro Painters® gathered images while working at each location to show how the process used to complete their work.
