Exterior Painting Project for Retail Building
CertaPro Painters® of Sacramento/North Sacramento was contracted to help with a painting project for a retail building in Sacramento, CA in March of 2021. The project was to include the entire exterior of the Chef’s Supply market place. The project ran for a 2 week duration and utilized 2 employee crews and a scissor lift.
CHALLENGES:
Retail projects have scheduling challenges, we worked to minimized disruption the the business and day to day operations by coordinating our schedule around hours of operation. This project also had some high exterior walls that required specialized equipment to reach and paint.
CHALLENGES:CONDITIONS:
Before painting, the building had a lot of ivy in the trellises on the building, many of the metal surfaces were showing wear and needed to be prepped for painting. We worked to remove the ivy and ready the surfaces in the beginning phases of the project.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Painting and prep for all exterior surfaces on the building.

Front of Building
The restored front of the building. The gray line along the bottom and green awning and trellises were part of the project.
Dumpster Enclosure
Included in the project was restoration work for the metal doors and masonry exterior of the dumpster enclosure.
