Working as a Digital Marketing Coordinator

Certa ProPainters, Ltd. is looking for a well-organized and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its corporate marketing team. The corporate marketing team oversees central marketing and communications, working with stakeholders across the CertaPro Painters® franchise community which consists of more than 350 independently owned and operated franchise business owners.

This position will support the digital marketing team and Regional Marketing Managers in working to achieve lead generation and online visibility goals. The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist and works collaboratively with the greater marketing team.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate closely with Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to serve as digital marketing subject matter expert for internal groups including Regional Marketing Managers and franchisees
  • Support Senior Digital Marketing Strategist in preparing for marketing cooperative meetings with digital campaign recommendations and performance analysis with expectation of attending and eventually leading co-op presentations in person, by video conference, or via phone call
  • Ensure digital strategy (including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, programmatic advertising, digital video) is aligned with multiple digital marketing vendors
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads and Programmatic ads (buying and reporting)
  • Coordinate and lead content and related materials for monthly webinars to franchise system on adoption and importance of digital marketing programs and campaigns
  • Assist with compiling and automating digital marketing reporting across channels
  • Assist with the management of NAP (name, address and phone) consistency for independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters® franchises across all channels using Yext platform
  • Work with agency vendors to draft copy decks and finalize blog articles, social content, and SEO content as part of our overall residential and commercial content marketing strategy
  • Assist in developing content and digital marketing campaigns for the franchise recruiting team
  • Generate tracking URLs for campaign analytics reporting; Create and maintain traffic log for digital creative assets and ad trafficking
  • Assist in supporting agency to create content and effectively manage corporate Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn social media accounts
  • Take photos of local company events and training sessions in our headquarters and manage postings on our internal Facebook page
  • Create and setup new Facebook and Google My Business Pages for new franchisees entering our system
  • Other marketing team duties as assigned

Qualifications and requirements

  • 2+ years related work experience, preferably in a digital marketing department or account executive at a digital marketing agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep knowledge of SEO/PPC and experience with paid advertising including buying and reporting on Facebook, YouTube, Programmatic and other digital awareness campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking platforms preferred; additional analytics data visualization experience with tools such as Data Studio, Tableau a plus
  • Understanding of organic digital marketing including online directories and social media content strategies
  • Strong project-management skills
  • Proficiency with all standard office productivity tools
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and client relation skills
  • Excellent time and priority management
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
  • Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/culture/goals
  • Must be fluent in English
