About the Project
CertaPro Painters® of Salt Lake City, UT was contacted in August 2020 to paint the exterior of a 6-building complex along with the metal details on the two front buildings. The smallest building measured about 12,500 square feet and the largest building measured about 23,000 square feet. A team of four CertaPro professionals prepped and painted the exterior with a color change that better aligned the buildings with their sister buildings in the market. The entire project took 14 days to complete.
The complex experienced wear and tear unique to its location, as it is located directly in the flight path of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Some of the buildings had rust from the water downspouts on the concrete as well as the metal staircases and railings.
