Kaiser Commercial Painting Project
CertaPro Painters® of Springfield, VA was contact to paint two, 2,700 square foot building panels of the new, five-story building being built in Springfield, VA. The project also involved painting one building panel of the new four-story Kaiser Permanente building in Hyatsville, MD for the instillation of an illuminated lighting system. Additionally, our professional team was tasked with painting a newly designed and installed canopy system.
The major elemets of the project including power washing the surface, priming the surface with Procryl, and then painting with different materials. Duration exterior gloss for Hyatsville, Resilience exterior gloss for Springfield, and Uniflex Elastomeric coating to the canopy roof.

In addition to renting multiple lifts to accomplish the work, all on-site personnel were required to attend a safety seminar prior to being allowed onto the work site. They were required to attend weekly seminars as well.
