Town & Country Shopping Center Makeover
The Town & Country Shopping Center in Sacramento recently sought our help to modernize the entirety of the complex after undergoing new ownership. Most of the exterior was dry and had not been updated for quite awhile.
The project involved light painting and stucco repair, for which we used two 65’ articulating booms and two scissor lifts to accomplish. Unpredictable winter weather and working during major holiday months were among the challenges presented during this project. We put forth our best efforts to work early mornings and limit our impact on the tenants’ business hours.
Our team completed this painting project in Winter of 2022 over the span of 3 months. The owners of Town & Country Shopping Center were very pleased with the result of the transformation.
