Birdcage Marketplace in Citrus Heights, CA

Birdcage Marketplace contacted us to complete a project with the objective of refreshing the exterior of the shopping center. Many of the buildings had weather-induced wear and tear. Damage included cracks, gouges, and dents that needed patching to match the existing texture.

To address the issues, our team of painters began with masking signs and other hazards to avoid overspray and power-washing the high points on buildings such as Best Buy, Walmart and Barnes and Noble.

Since the buildings were quite tall, special equipment required for this project was two 60’ booms plus a scissor lift. In addition to painting the buildings, our team painted the dumpster enclosures, bollards, fire hydrants, light poles, and urns for trash flowers and ash for the entire center.

This is our largest commercial project to date.Our team completed this project within in 12 weeks from August to November 2022.
