A commercial plaza in Rancho Cordova contacted us to paint their exterior that had significant wear and tear to multiple storefronts. Previous building tenants left shadowing on the sign bands and the stucco was dried out.
There was limited preparation required for this project, allowing us to get to work right away. Due to the height of the building, we employed a boom that extended over the daycare’s play area. Although it posed a challenge, our close collaboration with the tenant ensured that their operations faced minimal disruptions during the process.
We completed this project within 5 days in February of 2023. Our team’s efforts resulted in a vibrant new finish to the building’s exterior. The client was very pleased with our ability to paint without interrupting regular business operations.
