Transforming the FDOT Miami Building with a Fresh, Modern Look
In April 2025, our crew completed a two-week commercial repaint for the Florida Department of Transportation building in Miami, FL—a 45,000-square-foot facility in need of a complete refresh.
The existing paint had aged and faded, so our team was brought in to restore and modernize the exterior and interior appearance. The scope of work included power washing all surfaces, repairing damaged drywall, caulking around exterior windows and doors, and applying fresh coats of high-performance paint designed to withstand Florida’s coastal climate.
The result was a clean, professional finish that updated the building’s look while providing long-term protection against heat, humidity, and heavy use.
