Do CertaPro Painters of North Miami provide free estimates?
Yes! We provide free no-obligation estimates. Simply click on the “Schedule an Estimate” button and give us some information about your project or feel free to call our office at (305) 340-2004 a representative will schedule your in-home or business estimate of your preference. If you do not see a time that accommodates your needs, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will go out of our way to accommodate your schedule.
What types of services do CertaPro Painters provide?
We offer a variety of services:
*Exterior and Interior Residential Projects
*Any type of Interior Commercial Buildings
*Low Rise Exterior Buildings (usually up to 3 Stories High)
*Minor carpentry repairs
*Popcorn Ceiling Removal
*Wallpaper Removal
*Power and Pressure Washing
Do I need to be home to receive an estimate?
Our Sales Associates prefer to meet our costumers personally in order to get a complete understanding of the scope of the work. Not all projects are the same that is why it is important we get as much information as possible, so we can fully answer your questions and offer you the best price and quality for your project. We do some drive byes now and then for exterior projects but it’s always important to have an open channel of communication with our costumers so you can have an extraordinary experience while using our services.
Do Estimators or Sales Associates work on evenings or weekends?
Yes! Our purpose is to serve you, and we like to please our customers. If you cannot find any appointments available that fit your needs, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will go out of our way to try and accommodate your availability. For exteriors, we do need daylight for better viewing the project.
Are you Licensed and Insured?
Yes! We are Licensed and Insured. We are fully insured with $2,000,000 in General Liability and are fully compliant with all our Workers Comp requirements. Please feel free to have our office send you any other information required by you or your HOA.
Do CertaPro Painters Warranty their work?
Yes! We offer our customers a 2-year Written Limited Warranty.
Does your company have a minimum for small Projects?
Yes! We have a minimum of $650 for small projects. If you are not sure of how small your project is, just give us a call or send us an email describing your project and we will let you know if it falls in that category.
Do you include paint or can the customer provide it?
The cost of paint is always included in our quotes. On rare occasions, costumers have bought their own paint, but in those cases, we will not be able to provide a warranty for that particular project.
What brands do CertaPro Painters use for painting?
We usually go with Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore. They both have proven to be excellent quality and have been partners with CertaPro Painters providing us with support, the best prices, and the latest products available in the market. Please let us know if you would like to work with other brands, and we will accommodate your requests.
What are your forms of payments?
We accept all major credit card payments and charge a 3% processing fee. We also accept direct deposits, Zelle, checks, and cash.
Do your painters work on weekends?
We usually do, but it will all depend on the City, HOA, or neighborhood regulations.
Do you offer Color Consultation?
Yes! We do offer the services of a Certified Color Consultant. Once you have booked your project with us, we can schedule a free 1-hour consultation if you need help picking colors for your project.
