Siding Repair & Painting Project in Colorado Springs

This home has composite siding with a printed grain face that is very common in Colorado Springs. In this instance, because the previous paint layers were degraded there were many areas of the composite that were exposed to the elements, which had caused them to swell, warp, and rot. The project included siding repairs and painting and prep work.

We replaced over 50 siding and fascia boards on the home prior to painting, which was more than 50% of the boards on the right and the left sides of the home. We removed old paint, primed areas in need, and repainted everything to match.

It takes a lot of skill and knowledge to replace this much siding on a home. There are very few crews in the market that have the ability to perform this level of work at such an exceptional level.
