About the Project

Condition of Facility:

CertaPro of Colorado Springs was tasked with painting an outdated retail center and helping to select colors to match more modern looking retail centers around it. There were also numerous stucco holes and repairs that needed to be fixed before painting could begin.

Project Involvement:

Power Washing, Stucco Repair, Carpentry Repairs, Color Consultant, Sample Colors, Spanish Roof Tile Painting

Special Challenges:

CertaPro power washed the entire retail shopping center prior to painting. We also used our Color Consultant to help the customer and Property Manager to select a more modern color for their exterior. Our painters made many stucco repairs and other carpentry repairs prior to painting.

Additional Details:

The Owner of the retail center was looking to install metal roofing, but the cost was more than they wanted to spend. CertaPro came up with a unique solution to just paint the Spanish tile roof at a fraction of the cost.
