About the Project
Condition of Facility:
This longtime property manager of CertaPro had a broken window on the second story of their office building. The window company needed more space when removing and installing their current window and needed more room. Their solution was to cut into the existing interior wall. CertaPro Painters was then asked to make the wall “look like new,” for the tenant inside. Challenge accepted!

Framing, drywall, priming and painting.
Special Challenges:
This high-profile tenant of the property managers needed the wall to be perfect when the window was replaced. CertaPro used one of their most trusted and experienced crews to complete the work on time, on budget and to the high standards of the tenant.
