About the Project

PROJECT SCOPE:

The scope included the full repainting of the stucco exterior, architectural features, and previously painted surfaces throughout the shopping center.

In preparation for paint, our crew performed extensive power washing and patching of stucco areas, followed by priming and the application of high-performance coatings. The project also covered detailed updates to soffits, bollards, railings, and main doors, along with a full repaint of the roadway monument sign to complete the property’s refreshed look.

A completely new color scheme was introduced, replacing outdated tones with a clean and professional palette.

PRODUCTS USED:

To meet the performance demands of Colorado’s varied weather, we selected a range of premium Sherwin-Williams products tailored for stucco, masonry, and metal surfaces. This included:

• Conflex Sherlastic Elastomeric Coating for flexible, waterproof stucco coverage
• Loxon Primer/Sealer for enhanced adhesion on porous surfaces
• Pro Industrial Pro-Cryl Universal Primer and Pro Industrial DTM for metal elements
• SuperPaint Exterior Acrylic Latex and Multi-Purpose Primer/Sealer for overall coverage and long-term durability

SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:

While the project didn’t involve unique logistical challenges for us, executing it with minimal disruption to businesses and customers required detailed coordination with property management and a focus on efficiency.

The result is a visibly refreshed retail space that reflects the professionalism of the tenants and creates a strong first impression for every visitor.
