CertaPro Painters was asked by the Property Manager of this HOA to repaint a portion of their community. The homes were in good condition, but there were minor repairs to be made during the preparation process and the paint had faded from the higher altitude and more intense sunshine.
This commercial painting project included power washing, carpentry repairs, and painting. We completed this service in the summer of 2022 and it only took 3 days to complete.
