Office Manager

CertaPro Painters, a leader in the residential and commercial painting industry, is looking for an Office Manager.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual who is looking for an opportunity to join our team as our Office Manager. The office manager’s primary responsibility would be to keep the business running at high levels. This person would be based in our Colorado Springs office. This person will handle scheduling the jobs, calling and emailing the customers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, scheduling color consultations, data entry. The office manager is responsible for keeping our employees’ morale high and our customers satisfied.

Our ideal candidate is a driven and motivated ‘people person’ who fits our amazing company culture. This person must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Having leadership traits, computer skills, a customer service heart, and a desire to solve problems are also keys to success. The office manager will have their own desk with a computer with split screens. A laptop can be used to take home. We also provide a cell phone.

Although we have a physical office in Colorado Springs, the Office manager can work from home. Flexible work schedule not in an office all day.

What we're looking for

Follow proven franchise model to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ideally the office manager will be a positive cheerleader for the sales and production team. We want this person to help the owner stay on top of things and to ensure that our company culture remains a strength.
Respond timely to customer concerns and help painters with quick solutions.
Work closely with the sales team and the production managers (these folks hire our painters) to schedule the jobs so that our brand experience ratings remain high.
Participate in training with owner and other employees supplemented by the state-of-the-art CertaPro University Training Courses and national office manager trainings.
Attend National CertaPro Conference each year (January 2024 – New Orleans)
Collect money from residential and commercial customers timely.
Learn how to run a profitable business.
Get google reviews from happy customers.

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Strong written/verbal skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills for estimating.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proven record of ability to set, meet and exceed goals.
  • Previous experience in the paint industry is not required or even needed-we teach you everything.
  • Eagerness to work in an office and manage emails, texts, phone calls.
  • Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Experience: Office experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Work Location: In person (Required)
Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
