CertaPro Painters® of Colorado Springs, CO was contacted in Spring 2023 to assist a local retail facility with removing and repairing their ceiling light fixtures. The retail chain store was specifically looking to remove their existing lighting and repair soffits. Our team of experts coordinated with other subcontractors, including electricians, to get the project done after hours as to not interrupt open store time. Once the electricians had disconnected the lighting, custom framing had to be added to the soffits to complete the final product.
The entire project involved multiple steps, including: removing the existing lighting, adding new supports, repairing the drywall, skim coating, matching existing texture, priming, and painting the area. Our painters completed this project in just 3 nights.
