Lela Court - Townhome Painting
Our team took on a project with 88 units in a townhome community in Charlotte, NC. The scope of work included pressure washing and exterior painting of siding, doors and trim. We were able to successfully complete the project start to finish in 6 weeks!

Pfeiffer University
This project consisted of 18 buildings; including dorms, administrative offices, and classrooms. The facilities were built in the 1920’s and had not been repainted in over 30 years. The scope of this project included scraping, priming, and repainting exterior wood components that had severe peeling.

Queens Station Condos
Between January and April of 2019, a beautiful transformation took place at Queens Station Condominiums in Charlotte, NC. CertaPro Painters of Salisbury repainted 5 three-story condos consisting of over 100 units. The facilities were built in the 1980’s, and were long overdue for staining and repainting.
