Village of Southend

About the Project

In late January of 2020, we had the opportunity to complete a project in a building complex nestled at the heart of the Southend of Charlotte. These 4 story condominiums were built over 22 years ago and consist of approximately 144 units.

In the 4 weeks we spent working at this location, we completed a scope of working consisting of a complete change of color for walls, ceilings, soffit and column accents, doors and trim. The last time this building was painted was 12 years ago, and it had a lot of signs of wear and damage on the walls.

We were able to provide a special mock-up in a section of the hallways in order to allow residents to provide color feedback to the board of directors in the community. We used Stilts to help reach the higher ceilings and accent colors on the soffits and ceilings.
