Campus Facility Lab Painting Project
In November 2022, our professionals were contacted to paint the interior of the Bio1 lab in Aurora, Colorado. The Bio1 building is a 3-story lab located in the Anschutz Medical Campus for the University of Colorado. The lab is used for students and tenets who are actively conducting studies. Our local commercial painters were asked to paint all of the walls and doorframes in the hallways of each floor. Minor drywall repairs were also required. The total square footage of the project was approximately 24,683.
When we arrived, there was a disjointed color scheme of tan, yellow, grey, and turquoise. The facility was in otherwise good condition. The project took a total of 15 days to complete.
Our Work in Progress
Our painters carefully painted the walls and doorways on each floor. We couldn’t prop a few doors open to let the paint dry on the doorframe, however, the work was completed on schedule without problem!
Drywall Repair
There were areas throughout the building that required drywall repair, which our painters were able to complete in conjunction to the painting job!
After Photos
At the end of the project, the campus facility had a more uniform, modern color scheme for the doorways and the hallways were updated and in better condition.

Josh is originally from Indiana. He went to college at Indiana University in Bloomington majoring in both Marketing and Professional Sales. During his time at IU, he was actively involved with the second largest student-run fundraiser in the country supporting the local children’s hospital in Indianapolis. His previous work experience includes working at the 3rd largest insurance brokerage in the world, where he was able to get top of the line training in both sales and marketing.
Josh moved to Colorado be in a place where he could enjoy spending almost every weekend outside. During the winters you can find Josh now skiing down his favorite mountains, although never having skied before moving to Colorado. During the summers Josh loves to go hiking, camping, and enjoys spending time with his friends at live music events.
