Exterior Residential Painting

Project: CertaPro Painters® of Vancouver, BC was contacted to give this home a complete colour change. After 15 years of not being painted the homeowners decided it was time to refresh their home’s exterior!

Process: First, this customer sat down with our colour consultant to discuss ideas and options that best suited their style and vision. Once a colour was picked out it was important that we start to prep the surfaces with any cleaning and carpentry repairs that needed to be completed. Light carpentry repairs are an important step as it allows us to assess for any underlying issues, and correct any damage which allows for an easier and smoother paint application. Once these corrections were made, our team got to work!

Result: Because of a heatwave, this project took our painters about two weeks to complete. The customer was thrilled with the outcome and how well our team communicated throughout the process. The neighbours loved the transformation and often stopped by to compliment the crew and homeowners.
