Commercial Interior Painting Project in Delta, BC
A dental office in Delta hired our CertaPro Painters as part of a full renovation project; this meant that our crew was working on a very tight deadline in order to accommodate the other contractors throughout the building. Even with this deadline, our crew was able to complete the project a day ahead of schedule. Not only did we paint interior walls, baseboards, door frames, doors, and ceilings, but we also installed new wallpaper in the waiting area. The result is a completely refreshed interior to this dental office, making it a more enjoyable place for both the employees and customers.
CHALLENGES:
Some of the walls required 4-5 coats of paint, making the tight deadline even more of a challenge. Our crew also had to work around various other contractors during this time. In addition, our crew also had to install wallpaper, which is not a task we typically perform.
CONDITIONS:
- Other Contractors – the presence of other contractors on various schedules required our crew to ensure their job site was organized and the job was done efficiently
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Wallpaper Installation – Ensure all old wallpaper is properly removed to avoid any surface damage to the wall, and then apply new wallpaper to waiting area
- Paint – some walls required 4-5 coats of paint for the new blue shade to be as vibrant as possible
PROJECT TIMELINE – 4 days (we were initially given 5)

Our CertaPro Painters® of Surrey/White Rock ensured their job site was organized to accommodate all other contractors. We removed fixtures where necessary, removed old wallpaper, and ensured all walls were ready for a fresh coat.

THE FINAL RESULT
Despite the multiple coats required and the other contractors on the job site, our CertaPro Painters were able to complete the job a full day ahead of schedule. The result is a dental office that feels fully refreshed.
