Description of Project:
Modern luxury condo building with fresh stucco exterior in need of paint for increased curb appeal and protection from weathering. This project involved using a 45 foot boom lift and applying elastomeric paint to help weatherproof this building! Due to the building being fully occupied, we needed to coordinate work without disrupting residents, managing access to all areas, and ensuring a high-quality and durable finish.
