Before purchasing my CertaPro franchise I worked for a privately held company for over a decade that prided itself on customer service and received the JD Power & Associates award for tops in their industry 9 of the past 10 years. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Alina, daughter Tori, and our dog Zoey.
