The REI in Folsom, CA contacted us to revive the exterior of their store. Upon starting the project, we noticed that the stucco around the entrance had become dry and faded due to sun exposure. It required a thorough power wash and a fresh coat of paint.
Given the considerable height of the building, we needed a 60′ boom to access the highest areas. To minimize disruption to their daily operations, our team adopted a strategic approach. We began working on the area above the entrance early in the morning, and as business hours progressed, we moved on to the side of the store.
Within a span of just 2 days in February 2023, our team successfully completed the project. The owner of REI expressed great satisfaction with the final outcome and commended our ability to work efficiently without impeding their business operations.
