The Village in El Dorado Hills, CA

The owner of the business/shopping center, The Village on 879 Embarcadero Dr, contacted us looking for a fresh coat of paint on the exterior of their many buildings.

At the time work began, the shopping center needed a lot of caulking and prep work. It was in dire need of a couple of coats of paint. It was particularly challenging working around the buildings during business hours, as many shops were open and it was quite busy.

In order to get at least 5 different structures properly prepped and painted, our crew worked during very early morning hours to get the front-facing areas of the buildings complete before customer traffic picked up. Our priority was to be minimally disruptive on business operations while at the same time ensuring no detail was missed. We worked as a team to reach difficult to reach areas.

We finished the project within 3 weeks in July 2021. The center owner was very pleased with the results and our ability to paint without interrupting regular business operations, as all the shops were able to stay open and conduct business as usual.
