When the exterior of my house needed to be painted, the logical choice was CertaPro Painters of Nassau County. I have known owner Lou Federico for many years through our mutual involvement in Roslyn Chamber of Commerce. His men were extremely neat, on time, and responsive to feedback. Our colonial has shingles, some of which had wear and tear. His painters gave them the TLC that they needed to look great. I am very happy with the finished product, and I have already recommended CertaPro to a neighbor.

“The project was extremely well managed and organized by Lou Federico, who delivered absolutely on his promise. To begin with, he strongly recommended replacing a bedroom ceiling, where plaster in this nearly 100-year old house, was pulling away. He brought in Ricky, a skilled carpenter.
Lou delivered absolutely on his promise. Lou’s crew of painters (he sent four) were led by Willy and brother Santos – so hardworking, skilled craftsmen, cheerful and aiming to please.
The project got bigger and more complicated, with Willy stepping in to do major carpentry to replace another ceiling rather than just paint over old tiles, and to replace rotting wood on the double-garage. On the spur, I had them lift up carpet and refinish floors – something I had wanted to do but didn’t know how because there was no where to put the furniture. But they were undaunted and handled the ridiculously difficult removal and logistics of furniture.
They also did the outside woodwork, window trims as well, going up extremely high.
Lou returned a few times to inspect and sent back a painter to do some touch-up.
The price was absolutely fair (I discounted the ridiculous low bids as not understanding the project at all, and other bids that were higher but for less work) and worth every dollar.
I will absolutely be calling Lou at Certapro of Nassau County again, specifically asking for Willy and Santos, and heartily recommend them.” – Karen R.
