Description of Project: The office was in decent condition, with numerous scuffs, nail holes, and several dry erase walls that needed preparation.
Project Involvement: An acetone was used to remove all the old marker on the dry erase wall areas to prevent bleed through after we top coated. We also had to sand those surfaces because they were slightly raised relative to the rest of the wall and it would have been noticeable had we simply painted over it. We had a few dark orange walls to contend with so we primed those walls prior to painting.
Special Challenges: The pivotal aspect of this project was its swift turnaround. The customer had office furniture scheduled to arrive within a week. We submitted the quote on a Friday and commenced the project the following Wednesday. The crew worked after hours to make sure the project was completed ahead of schedule.
Special Equipment: There was no special equipment required on this project.
