Restaurant Painting Project in Portland, ME

In November 2020, CertaPro Painters® of Maine were asked to update the exterior of a restaurant that had been sold. This commercial space needed our team to paint over existing murals on the building. The business was a decent size at1800 square feet.

This particular building had a nice mural on its larger side that faced the parking lot. The new owners wanted a different look for their restaurant. Our team had to power wash and heavy prep the older previous paint all the way to the back, and alley side of building.

Our regular painting prep was used on this commercial painting project. We used a different paint due to the colder weather we experienced when the customer had wanted the job completed. The job was completed in a very tight timeline of just 2 weeks. The new owner took possession of the building on November 19th and we started painting on the 20th.
