Ceiling Painting in KC Northland

The first step is to prep the room for painting.
We repair any cracks or holes that may be on the ceiling.
Remove any dust or dirt that may have built up on the ceiling.
Remove or cover any furniture and décor from the room to avoid it getting splattered in paint.
Turn off the power by using the breaker and then remove or cover any ceiling fixtures. This will help ensure the paint job is as neat as possible.
Cover the floor with cloth and protect any doors or windows.
Tape off the tops of the walls with painters’ tape.
Now it’s time to paint!
If we are painting the entire room, the ceiling is the first thing we will paint.
We have the proper equipment should we need to get to higher levels.
We make sure to roll both directions, straight lines are best.
The most effective way to paint ceilings is to do it in grid sections. This keeps the edges wet.
We will apply a second coat only if necessary.
