HOW LONG WILL THE APPOINTMENT TAKE?
When we arrive at your home, we’ll take some time to walk around your property with you to discuss your ideas for your project. After that, you’re free to go about other business while we re-walk the property, take photos and measurements, and write down any additional notes that are needed to prepare your estimate. This process should take about an hour, but it could take longer if it’s an especially large project.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ESTIMATE?
Once we’ve documented all of the necessary information and asked any clarifying questions, we can usually present your estimate to you during your appointment. But if for some reason it can’t be prepared immediately, we’re normally able to email your estimate to you within a day or two. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received your estimate within three days. If you need another copy sent to you, just call, text, or email your estimator and they will be happy to provide you with one.

- The person who we’ll need to communicate with daily, and the best way to communicate with them
