ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes. We are a licensed South Carolina General Contractor, and we are bonded and insured with full liability and worker’s compensation coverage.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on all of our work.

IS THERE A CHARGE TO GET AN ESTIMATE?
Absolutely not! All of our estimates are totally free.

WHAT BRAND OF PAINT DO YOU USE?
We work with all paint brands, but the most widely used brands in our area are Sherwin Williams, PPG Paints, and Benjamin Moore.

CAN PAINTERS WORK ALONE IN MY HOUSE?
That’s up to you. Sometimes our customers find it helpful and convenient for us to be there while they’re at work or out of town.

IS THERE ANYTHING THE HOMEOWNER SHOULD DO TO PREP FOR YOUR CREW TO ARRIVE?
We ask that customers remove items from any walls to be painted before the crew arrives. Nails can be left in the walls if the items are going to be hung back up in the same place. If the items will not go back up in the same place, customers can remove the nails and we will be glad to repair and paint over the nail holes. Our crews are also happy to move furniture and household items in order to paint, but we do ask that customers either move or remove any fragile or sentimental items out of the workspace.

WHEN CAN YOU START MY PAINTING PROJECT? 
Depending on the time of year, the scheduling timeframe could range anywhere between one week to four weeks.

DO I NEED TO DECIDE WHAT MY BUDGET IS BEFORE MY ESTIMATE? 
If possible, it’s best to have at least a general idea of your project budget before your appointment. This helps our estimator to suggest the best and most efficient ways to help you achieve your project goal but still stay within your budget.

WHAT KIND OF CARPENTRY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
