Park Place on Main – Property Management & HOA Painting

Project: In June 2024, our team undertook a comprehensive commercial painting project at Park Place in Downtown Greenville. The scope involved revitalizing several key areas: the courtyard, wine tasting area, hallways, common areas, and both the front and back exteriors of the building.

Process: Before initiating the project, our team thoroughly assessed the weathered and dull surfaces, and identified any instances of wood rot that necessitated carpentry repairs. Our comprehensive approach encompassed meticulous surface preparation, effective soft washing to clean surfaces, and precise painting to enhance vibrancy and provide long-lasting protection.

The project presented unique challenges, particularly navigating stringent city regulations due to the building’s historical status. To adhere to downtown design guidelines, we obtained permits and a Certificate of Appropriateness. This included securing a building permit for carpentry work and another for the necessary encroachment of our boom lift, crucial for safe access to elevated areas. Additionally, a parking permit ensured uninterrupted lift access throughout the project.

Coordination with homeowners and minimizing disruption were top priorities. Working closely with HOA board members, we managed logistics, including temporary storage and maintaining resident accessibility, to ensure a smooth execution of the project.

Result: This project spanned two weeks from start to finish and achieved a remarkable transformation.
