Project: CertaPro Painters® of Greenville East, SC, was hired to handle the interior and exterior painting for the newly constructed Arthrex Early Learning Center in Pendleton, SC, a daycare facility designed for the children of employees.

Process: For the interior, the CertaPro Painters® team started by priming the sheetrock, by scuff sanding to ensure smooth surfaces. They then applied two coats of high-quality paint, ensuring a flawless finish. Additionally, all interior doors and door casings were primed and painted.

For the exterior, the team painted all stucco surfaces, as well as the exterior doors and casings, using a detailed and thorough approach. The project required the use of three specific paint systems: Promar for interior surfaces, Multi-Surface Acrylic for metal surfaces, and Loxon Masonry Primer for the stucco exterior.

Challenges: During the project, the client decided to have the stucco texture on the building redone, requiring CertaPro Painters® to repaint the entire exterior after it was replaced. This unexpected change was managed efficiently to ensure a high-quality outcome.

Result: CertaPro Painters successfully delivered a professional finish that met the high standards of the Arthrex Early Learning Center. The team coordinated closely with other contractors, attending planning meetings and adhering to all safety protocols, ensuring the project was completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
