The whole process from estimate, clarifying the estimate, accepting the quote, scheduling the work, through completion was handled well by all the CertaPro staff .

Gerry and his crew were exceptional. From courtesy in our home to being neat and organized, they were great. The counter top guys, Fernando and his partner were also polite, accommodating and did excellent work. CertaPro sales and support people were very informative and kept the project moving smoothly. We are happy with everything. One improvement suggestion involves some miscommunication I believe between the front office and the installers. We ordered a smaller sink than the installers planned on installing. It has worked out fine, but it was not what we requested. We had also ordered a drain (which arrived but not in time) and a soap dispenser which did not arrive at all. So, as I said, the project turned out fine for us but there were a few issues that another customer might not have been as accepting of as we were.
