Residential Exterior Transformation
Richland, MichiganFor this exterior painting project, our team completed a thorough preparation and repair process to ensure long-lasting, high-quality results. We began by power washing all surfaces scheduled for painting to remove dirt, debris, and buildup. Existing shutters were carefully removed prior to painting to allow for full surface coverage and a smooth, even finish.
During preparation, we addressed areas of deterioration by applying wood putty to damaged siding, including multiple boards on the second story at the rear of the home. We also completed a repair to the footer board beneath the rear sliding door, restoring both appearance and structural integrity.
Once prep and repairs were complete, we applied two full coats of paint to all designated surfaces using a gray and white color scheme. The shutters were painted separately for a flawless finish and then reinstalled to complete the project.
The result was a refreshed, cohesive exterior with improved durability and curb appeal.
