Our Michigan exterior climate can be harsh and often requires a flexible latex paint to expand and contract with the seasons. We have found that older wooden surfaces respond well to Sherwin Williams Latitude paint. Newer surfaces that have a strong surface profile respond well to Sherwin Williams Emerald. Concrete surfaces will typically receive Shewin Williams Loxon masonry grade paint and we have a full line of paint that will cover both marginal and healthy metal surfaces. Sherwin Wililams Uniflex has several types of coating for metal surfaces.

Do you provide both interior and exterior commercial painting services?
Our company provides interior and exterior painting. While each of these projects differ in environmental exposure, both may require unique challenges such as working at elevated heights, unique surface preparation standards and project management that combines the clients operating requirements with industry standard painting preparation and application.

Can painters work safely around tenants, employees, or customers?
One of our strengths is communication. We can have one occupant or a one-hundred that are present during our services. Our team works hard to notify occupants of the pending painting project with signs, emails, SMS and voice messaging. Additionally, we team up with our clients to keep them in the know and help them determine when the best time to start and finish a project will be.

Do you offer additional services such as drywall repair or specialty floor coatings?
Painting services typicalls require more than a simple surface cleaning to prepare for painting. We have drywall repair, wood repair, EIFS repair services to ensure the painting project lasts years. We can apply specialty coating to concrete surfaces such as epoxy and polyaspartic products. During our site visit our team will inventory the surface preparation needs and work with our clients to provide unique solutions.

How do you minimize disruption during commercial painting projects?
Our sales team complete a discovery meeting to identify clients needs. These needs are documentedin our project proposal and shared with the client and our operations team. CertaPro of Grand Haven/Kalazamoo works with many property managers and multi-tenant buildings through out the state of Michigan. Communication is key when working with multiple interested parties who are domiciled in multi-tenant buidlings. Our sales team will document the comminication process with he property manager and assist as needed notifying tenants of the working schedule. We provide a timeline when to expect our painters and provide a parking plan for occupants while we are onsite. The communication plan outlines the tenant responsibilities with respect to moving their personal belongings prior to the painters arrival.

Can you accommodate tight deadlines or phased painting schedules?
We have experience solving tight deadlines and phasing paint schedules. Our discovery meetings provide the channel to learn what the client needs are and allow our team to consult with them to achieve their results.

What safety protocols are followed on commercial job sites?
Our painters recieve safety training and are certified to use heavy equipment such as aerial lifts. Our production managers provide the safety training and complete regular documented site inspections to maintain our level safety and awareness.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance painting programs for businesses?
Our goal is to be your go-to painter. To this end we offer warranty inspections and touch ups. We provide a one-stop shop to maintain your property with a list of preferred vendors and a team decidated to improving your property.

How do you ensure consistent results across large or multi-location properties?
We have local painters who are managed by local production managers. Our productions managers are experts in coating and surface preparation. Each project is completed with a walk-though at the completion of the project. All aspects of the work are inspected and work approved with our clients written proposal. That is our guarantee.
